Q: How do I become a MegaFlash Model?
A: Start by submitting the Model Application to be added to our internal Salesforce CRM database. This ensures you receive casting notices and alerts. Then, create a Model Profile on our website to manage your stats, images, and availability.

Q: Why do I need to do both the Model Application and the Profile Signup?
A: The Model Application gets you into our database for email alerts. The website profile is how clients see you and how you're submitted for photo submissions and casting packages. Both are essential.

Q: Can I be added to multiple locations?
A: Yes. Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to be added to receive casting notices in multiple areas. On the website, you can select your local area and two other regions — for additional areas, just contact Winston directly. You do not need to resubmit the Model Application.

Q: What if I don’t have work authorization?
A: You may still be considered for unpaid opportunities (such as hair services), but cannot be paid unless you are legally authorized to work.

Q: What kind of photos should I upload to my profile?
A: At least one image is required. Ideal uploads include front, side, and back selfies (under "Self Portraits") and professional images if available. No nudity or heavily filtered photos.

Q: How often should I update my profile?
A: Always update before submitting to any casting — especially photo submissions. Make sure your selfies, stats, and wardrobe info reflect your current look.

Q: Where can I find casting opportunities?
A: Check the Paid Castings tab. Some castings are for local talent only. Only submit if you are in — or planning to be in — the listed location.
