Hello, my name is Nola Basey and I am a graduate of the University of Denver, where I studied Creative Writing, Biology, Spanish, and Theater. Under the department, I participated in acting training and had roles in department productions, including Ronnette from the Little Shop of Horrors and Lady Macbeth from Macbeth. I spent my final semester studying abroad in Milan, where I studied acting in Italian alongside local theater department students and had a speaking role in the spring production, Al Mio Agio un Disagio. While in Milan, I also modeled for Sangalli in the Winter Fashion Week, walked for Martin Alvarez, worked on editorials with Raul Funes and Federico Romero, and modeled for Silviano Designs at The One fur convention. My professional credits in Colorado include Return to the Twilight Zone with the Theater Company of Lafayette and The Little Mermaid with Inspire Creative at the PACE. I am also a professional dancer and beach volleyball player, grossing $2200 this summer season on the VOTR circuit. This Fall, I will be starting my conservatory training at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts at the New York campus. My ultimate dream is to become an international actress because I want to show the universality of human experience in spite of linguistic and cultural barriers. Hide
