👩 Six (6) female hair models needed
🚫 No airfare, hotel or travel expenses provided. Models must be local to South Florida or able to work as a local hire.

📅 SCHEDULE — models must be fully available for all three dates
• Friday, August 21: Arrival and rehearsal, 2:00–5:30 PM
• Saturday, August 22: Preparation, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Sunday, August 23: Show day, 5:45 AM–3:00 PM
Friday and Saturday may finish earlier, but models must remain available for the entire scheduled time.

General Requirements
✔ Female, 18+
✔ Must be at least 5'8" tall — no exceptions
✔ All ethnicities encouraged to apply
✔ Comfortable receiving the required professional cut and/or permanent color transformation
✔ Must accurately disclose complete hair-color history

AVAILABLE LOOKS
✨ Look #1 — Vibrant Copper Curls: texture 4A–4C, any length, natural level 4 or lighter. No previous black or dark-brown dye; current highlights are acceptable. Vibrant dimensional copper or copper-gold block color; finished as a coiled wash-and-go or dimensional wand curls.
✨ Look #2 — Melted Brunette: straight-to-wavy, long hair, natural level 4–6 or lighter. No permanent color; existing highlights or overly lightened hair acceptable — ideally naturally brunette hair that has been heavily highlighted. Softer brunette transformation with warm, spicy or honey tones.
✨ Look #3 — Modern Shag with Bangs: straight-to-wavy, medium-to-long, natural level 6–7. Old highlights acceptable, no permanent color. Modern shag haircut with curtain bangs.
✨ Look #4 — Creative Cut and Color: creative editorial transformation with a Sassoon-inspired, notched or scene-style haircut. Possible Y2K color blocking, chunky highlights and an animal-print detail. Final technical requirements are being confirmed — apply only if you are open to a significant creative cut and color transformation.
✨ Look #5 — Short Blonde Transformation: wavy or curly hair (no naturally straight hair), current length open, natural level 3–8. No black dye or boxed color. Must be willing to cut the hair short and accept a blonde transformation.
✨ Look #6 — Multidimensional Blonde: straight-to-wavy, medium-to-long, natural level 4–6. Virgin hair strongly preferred. Multidimensional blonde transformation.

USAGE
Preparation, backstage and onstage images and video may be captured and used by Redken and participating teams for social media, event coverage, education, product-related promotion, and promotion of future educational events. Promotional usage is for three years following the event. Event content may remain in perpetuity when used as part of the brand's historical or retrospective coverage.
