My name is Tina, but in recent years I have been trying to reinvent myself and like to be called Augustina. I was born and raised in Tampa FL, moved to NYC in 2008 and moved back to Florida in 2014, though I like to visit the city every chance I get. I am willing to travel for auditions and work given enough time to plan a trip. I have worked as a hair model in NY for Clairol and for various hair stylists, and I have also done some editorial, fashion, and runway work. I currently get a lot of work as a Brand Ambassador/Promotional Model. I would like to get as much work as possible, as I really enjoy being a model. Working as a model gives me a lot of confidence and I enjoy being dressed up and cared for. I also really enjoy the opportunity to meet so many great people through this work. I always get great feedback because I just work hard and I always have a positive attitude, and I think it's because I am so grateful for every opportunity I get. I am currently working on a Master's degree for Biomedical Engineering and my goal is to do research for tissue engineering. I would love to be a part of this new technology that will save lives. I fund my studies and my life necessities through working part-time jobs such as modeling, and I am happy with the way things are working out. I identify myself as simply a human goddess and I am an American as well as a citizen of humanity, and I try to be race-neutral, though I know that modeling agencies like to know about my ethnicity. My mother is Korean and my father is Sicilian and Irish. My hair texture is more Caucasian than the thickness of Asian hair. My hair is mostly straight, but a little bit wavy. I think it is somewhere between type 1A and 2A hair. I currently have long brunette hair that generally grows quite fast. For hair modeling work I would be willing to cut my hair to just above shoulder-length or longer, and for color I like to keep as close to my natural color as possible. I would like to avoid bleaching my hair as I do not want my hair to become damaged. I am fine with highlights and for any shade of brown, and certain shades of red or dark burgundy. I am also OK with anything temporary, as in temporary crazy colors like purple or blue that will wash out, and any hair-styling only work. I do have a few "silver strands of wisdom" that I never pull out, I just embrace it lol. It isn't that noticeable but I wouldn't mind having it covered by coloring work. Hide
