While at Ann Taylor Joanna was a self starter, leading her team by example at all times and always managing all kinds of situation with the staff and clientele to create a one of a kind retail environment through exceptional leadership and strategic vision. Currently looking to expand her dream of modeling and being a dancer to fullfil her desire and experiment.
