Seeking 4 local Chicago-area models, ages 18+, for a professional hair education event featuring styling and haircut demonstrations.
💰 MODEL RATE: $1,000 total for both days.
📅 SCHEDULE
• Prep: Sunday, September 27 | 2:00–5:00 PM
• Show: Monday, September 28 | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Must be available both days.
✂️ LOOKS NEEDED
Female — Long Layers & Face Framing
• Hair type 1–3C; medium density.
• Mid-back length, with ends between the shoulder blades.
• Existing long layers are okay. Existing bangs must reach at least the corners of the lips.
• Must be open to layered face framing and bangs with the shortest pieces reaching the tip of the nose.
Male or Female — Layered Cut with Bangs
• Hair type 1–3A; medium density.
• Bust-length hair, extending below the collarbone.
• Existing bangs must reach at least the bridge of the nose.
• Must be open to bangs and lots of layers at varying lengths.
Male — Shag-Inspired Cut
• Hair type 1–3B; fine to medium density.
• Bob-length hair to start. Finished length varies, with the shortest length at the nape.
• Existing bangs must reach at least mid-forehead.
• Must be open to short bangs, shag-like layers at varying lengths, and barbering in front of the ears.
Styling Model
• Curl type 2A–3B; medium density.
• Bust to mid-back length.
• No bangs, excessive layers, or existing shag.
All looks: No extensions or overprocessed hair. Haircut models must be comfortable with the changes described above. A trim may be needed for styling.
👗 PREPARATION & WARDROBE
Arrive with clean, dry, product-free hair. Bring 3 chic black outfits and a variety of shoes to prep.
