About Me: Mayhems Muse is a full-time professional Muse, Model, Actor, Gamer, and Creative. She may be found gracing the pages of Modern Salon Magazine, Posing for Cosplay recreations, or gliding across the Fashion Week runways. She is the quintessential fashion model with a wispy frame, tall stance, and elegant features that are both versatile and intriguing. Mayhem has been modeling and acting in the creative realms of the visual industry in Texas for 5+ years now, having moved up to Austin from Corpus Christi after finishing her stay at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, where she studied Music Performance, Music Education, and English Literature. Her creative work encompasses aspects of fashion, editorial, avant garde, fantasy, cosplay, and commercial elements. She has served as brand representative, spokesperson, advocate, muse, and educator for several different locally based companies, and has walked the runways of Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and New York. Mayhem has a deep respect and drive for the creative elements of art, and loves to collaborate on ambitious, out of the box assignments. She has worked as art muse and creative lead, pushing the limits on what is expected, and bringing an element of joy, wonder, inspiration, and empowerment to each set she steps onto. Mayhem poses and teaches for several different styles of photographer workshops, as well as teaches workshops on Creative Communication and model direction, and relating to models, clients, and portraiture subjects. She has taught classes with Precision Camera & Video, as well as modeled for the last two Precision Camera University Weekends. Mayhem's main pursuits this year are elements of Cosplay and Gaming, as well as Workshop Modeling and Styling. She is teaming up regularly with Mika Nicole, (https://www.facebook.com/mikanicolecosplay?ref=br_tf) to offer courses on Cosplay and Creative Communication for Photographers, Artists, and Models. The goal of this series is to increase the comfort and inspiration levels between photographer and subject, be it cosplay, commercial modeling, portraiture, or bridal clients. To offer new insight into the world of the model and creative muse, and to allow everyone to become more comfortable both in front of, and behind, the lens. In her own time, Jennifer is currently building her Cosplay portfolio, having personified such characters as Terra Branford, the Sorceress Edea, Catwoman, Dark Phoenix, Cheetara, The Riddler, Wonder Woman, and Daenrys. She will be traveling as a guest speaker and Gamer/Cosplayer for the Convention circuit this year, offering advice and insight for new cosplayers and models around the world!
