Sameeha Hassen is a model and up and coming actress. Sameeha's modeling and acting career began with humble beginnings. Born and raised in Welkite, Ethiopia her late father was a farmer and mother a homemaker. She is the 5th of six siblings, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Sameeha earned her Associates Degree in Nursing (RNA) at Hawass College of Health Science, Awasa, Ethiopia from 2007-2009 and is a Registered Nurse in her home country of Ethiopia. Since coming to the United States she trained as a Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) at Universal Training Institute, Perth Amboy, NJ in 2012 and is currently pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Nursing at Middlesex County College, Edison, New Jersey to meet American standards. In 2017 she took the Runway and Modeling Course offerd by Unique Blend Modeling School in Manhattan, New York. She found early success in runway modeling while modeling for a Taste of the Runway while in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2017 and has been signed on at Magnum Modeling Agency in New Jersey and Look Model and Actors Agency in Pennsylvania. As a Fashion Model with 2 years’ experience she has worked industrial projects, and possesses the specific attributes that many designers and fashion directors look for. She is known for her high energy who strives to maintain a positive attitude and freshness throughout long photo shoots. Sameeha's unique look stands out in the crowds, and has always been adaptable to various moods and styles. Her infectous personality has always allowed her to be flexible, adaptable, very stylish, versatile, efficient, a hard-working professional, good at taking directions and capable of wearing all types of clothing styles. A photographer who has worked with her found her to be gracious and one of the easiest models he has ever worked with and signed her on as his primary model. Sameeha was recently cast in the film "Unstoppable" and has been cast as a lead in the upcoming film "The Banks" as the character Ayana. Sameeha is also the lead model for Vagabond Photography of New York and New Jersey. When not actively modeling or acting Sameeha works at Deutsche Bank in her hometown of Piscataway, New Jersey as a Receptionist and has previously worked as a Nursing Assistant at Whispering Knoll Assisted Living in Edison, New Jersey.
