Being in a photo does not mean you own it
Only upload photos and videos you created and own, or have permission to use in your agency portfolio and intended casting submissions. Keep written proof of permission.
What you can upload
- Selfies and videos you created, provided you own the rights and have any other required permissions, including for music.
- Professional photos when the rights holder permits portfolio display and agency casting use. Paying for a shoot alone does not establish those permissions.
- Campaign, runway, backstage, and event photos with the necessary rights-holder permission and in accordance with client restrictions and embargoes.
What you cannot upload without the necessary rights
- AFP, Getty Images, AP, Shutterstock, or other press and stock images unless your license covers this specific use and our display.
- Images downloaded from Google, Pinterest, Instagram, news sites, magazines, or another person’s portfolio merely because you found them online or appear in them.
- Material with watermarks, credits, or rights information removed or obscured without authorization.
Credit is not a substitute for permission. A social-media permission may not cover an agency website, casting package, client download, or advertisement.
If you are unsure
Do not upload the image yet. Ask the rights holder for permission covering the intended use or contact [email protected] for guidance. For platform uploads, obtain ownership or permission rather than assuming an exception applies; this rule does not decide whether fair use may apply in a particular dispute.
Review your existing portfolio
Remove material for which you lack the required permission and contact us if you cannot remove it completely. If a complaint is pending, contact us so relevant records can be preserved. Do not re-upload disabled material or use another account to bypass a restriction.

Q: How do I become a MegaFlash Model?
A: Start by submitting the Model Application to be added to our internal Salesforce CRM database. This ensures you receive casting notices and alerts. Then, create a Model Profile on our website to manage your stats, images, and availability.
Q: Why do I need to do both the Model Application and the Profile Signup?
A: The Model Application gets you into our database for email alerts. The website profile is how clients see you and how you're submitted for photo submissions and casting packages. Both are essential.
Q: Can I be added to multiple locations?
A: Yes. Email [email protected] to be added to receive casting notices in multiple areas. On the website, you can select your local area and two other regions — for additional areas, just contact Winston directly. You do not need to resubmit the Model Application.
Q: What if I don’t have work authorization?
A: You may still be considered for unpaid opportunities (such as hair services), but cannot be paid unless you are legally authorized to work.
Q: What kind of photos should I upload to my profile?
A: At least one image is required. Ideal uploads include front, side, and back selfies (under "Self Portraits") and professional images if available. No nudity or heavily filtered photos.
Q: How often should I update my profile?
A: Always update before submitting to any casting — especially photo submissions. Make sure your selfies, stats, and wardrobe info reflect your current look.
Q: Where can I find casting opportunities?
A: Check the Paid Castings tab. Some castings are for local talent only. Only submit if you are in — or planning to be in — the listed location.

How It Works

Submit a lead for a client MegaFlash is not currently working with

If we book a job through that lead, you’ll receive profit sharing for one (1) year, starting from the client’s first confirmed booking

If you’re being independently booked and want MegaFlash to represent the job:

We will confirm if the client offers a budgeted agency fee

If yes, you will receive 50% of MegaFlash’s agency fee in addition to your model rate

Example: Our standard agency fee is 20%, so you would receive an additional 10% — whether it’s your own booking or one involving other models booked through your lead

You’ll continue to receive that 10% bonus for up to one year from the first booking with that client

If the lead turns into an ongoing client, you’ll also receive 1-year profit sharing on all related jobs

For tour work: If MegaFlash represents you for a client you previously worked with independently, you’ll receive 1-year profit sharing on all future bookings with that client while represented by MegaFlash
Note: Only the first model to submit a valid lead is eligible for profit sharing. Duplicate or late submissions do not qualify.
