MegaFlash Models is actively expanding into commercials, fashion editorials, music videos, brand tours, retail events, trade shows, and national campaigns — while continuing to lead in the hair and beauty industry.

Our Biz Dev Program gives our models the opportunity to submit qualified leads for paid castings, events, and bookings. If MegaFlash converts your lead into a new client, you’ll receive profit sharing for one full year starting from the client’s first booking.

Who Should Submit Leads?

• Models aware of local or national bookings not yet linked to MegaFlash Models

• Talent already being considered or booked directly and seeking agency representation

• Anyone on our roster with connections in production, advertising, or modeling-related work

How It Works

1. Submit a lead for a client MegaFlash is not currently working with

2. If we book a job through that lead, you’ll receive profit sharing for one (1) year, starting from the client’s first confirmed booking

3. If you’re being independently booked and want MegaFlash to represent the job:

   • We will confirm if the client offers a budgeted agency fee

   • If yes, you will receive 50% of MegaFlash’s agency fee in addition to your model rate

     • Example: Our standard agency fee is 20%, so you would receive an additional 10% — whether it’s your own booking or one involving other models booked through your lead

     • You’ll continue to receive that 10% bonus for up to one year from the first booking with that client

   • If the lead turns into an ongoing client, you’ll also receive 1-year profit sharing on all related jobs

4. For tour work: If MegaFlash represents you for a client you previously worked with independently, you’ll receive 1-year profit sharing on all future bookings with that client while represented by MegaFlash

Note: Only the first model to submit a valid lead is eligible for profit sharing. Duplicate or late submissions do not qualify.

MegaFlash Models is a casting agency. We have access to over 20,000 models in our database at this time. Our new website, www.megaflashmodels.com, gives clients 24/7 access to our model base, from any device that can connect to the internet. www.megaflashmodels.com is a mobile responsive website that allows clients to search for models by location/radius and by model attribute. In order for clients to get the most out of this site, clients should sign up and request a client profile to access our site with unique functionality not available to visitors on our website. A walkthrough of functionality can be scheduled.

Clients have the option to proactively view models on the site and request models for booking or additional model information.

Clients may make a formal request to have MegaFlash request model availability, ask models to update their selfies to see what model(s) look like today, and MegaFlash is able to send you the URL's of models that are available and interested in your project.

Get Paid Fast. Get Paid Right.
MegaFlash Models believes in transparency, reliability, and speed when it comes to paying our models. We don’t believe in surprise deductions or delayed payouts — and we never charge you hidden agency fees.

Preferred Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

1. Zelle (Fastest – often same-day or within 72 hours)

2. ACH Direct Deposit (Typically within 2 business days)

3. Mailed Check (Slowest – approximately 5 business days to arrive)

NEW: FLASH PAYMENT (U.S. Models Only)

Launched June 5, 2019, FLASH PAYMENT allows qualifying models to receive 50% of their pay immediately after the job, with the remaining 50% sent once the client pays MegaFlash Models.

How It Works:
• Must have a completed W-9 Form on file
• Must have client confirmation of your booking
• First half paid via Zelle or ACH after your job wraps
• Second half paid upon client payment — no fees or deductions
• Mailed checks are available but discouraged due to slow delivery and reliability

Standard Payment Terms

We pride ourselves on some of the fastest payment terms in the industry.
• Most bookings are paid within 14–30 days from the last job date
• Unlike many agencies, we do not deduct from your posted model rate
• We do not charge fees for faster payment — ever
• Some castings may offer same-day or immediate payout, depending on terms listed in the casting notice

No Hidden Fees

MegaFlash Models earns when you earn. We never charge:
• Initiation fees
• Finder's fees
• Guarantee fees
• Surprise deductions

The rate listed on our casting notices is the rate you get paid. Period.
